Dear all,

Sunday prayers are for about an hour and half. We basically sit down in a semi circle format in front of the alter and tabernacle after we start the session with a few songs, move to the front of the alter, and someone will lead us into the following past practices:-

1. Opening prayer (depending on the individual)

2. Quiet time (a few minutes to be alone with God)

3. Sharing of the Word (we read the coming week's gospel and share on the Word, coupled with some personal sharing if anyon intends so)

4. Petitions and devotions (we pray for our needs and those around us)

5. Peace gesture (we basically go round hugging each other and wishing one another the sign of peace)

NOTE: The above isn't always the case and subject to the individual leading.

Nonetheless, it is truly an enriching experience. I believe that besides asking others to pray for us, let us also take some time out to pray for ourselves as well as for there are so many out there that lack the support we have here in Kristus Aman as family and friends of one big family.

"Love your neighbour as you love yourself"
- wouldn't this make the world a better place to live in?

God bless!
